The Regional Coordinator supports an assigned senior leader in executing strategic priorities for the business/group. They gather and integrate information to promote the effective and profitable operation of the business/group, enhancing the Bank’s profile in the marketplace. The role involves working with stakeholders to interpret financial and business results, understanding the operating environment & emerging trends, providing planning, support, and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, and tracking the achievement of objectives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the effective management of risk, including operational and compliance risk, and managing the attestation/reporting process specific to the business. The role also involves providing strategic counsel on community/industry events, directing and coordinating logistics for these events, developing solutions and making recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, and providing advice and guidance to the assigned business/group on implementation.

Additionally, the Regional Coordinator supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. They break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations, conduct independent reviews, analyses, and resolutions of strategic issues, monitor and track performance, address any issues, design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and build change management plans of varying scope and type.
