About the Role
The Lead Guest Specialist plays a critical role in developing our team and maintaining service excellence. You'll take ownership of training new Guest Specialists in our procedures and standards while working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager to support daily operations. Your focus will be on building a knowledgeable, engaged team that upholds our commitment to quality customer service.
What You'll Do
- Train new employees in the Guest Specialist role and company operations
- Model and reinforce the core duties and responsibilities expected of all Guest Specialists
- Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to help team members succeed
- Support management with operational oversight and staff development
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our brand standards
- Complete the Lead Specialist training program and certification requirements
