What You'll Do
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance work tailored to your skill level
- Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other critical components
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols in all work
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about work completed and recommendations
- Maintain detailed work records and ensure quality standards on every job
- Contribute to a collaborative shop environment where learning is encouraged
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in automotive repair
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Relevant certifications (ASE, manufacturer training, etc.) are valuable—but we're willing to develop talent from the ground up
