One Federal Solution is hiring a Customer Service Specialist, Medical Equipment Repair for our full-time team based at USAMRIID in Frederick, Maryland. In this on-site role, you'll support essential medical equipment operations while developing expertise in repair scheduling and administrative coordination.
About the Role
As Customer Service Specialist for Medical Equipment Repair, you'll be at the center of our equipment support operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and documentation for medical device maintenance and repairs. Your work directly enables critical facility operations by maintaining clear communication channels, managing repair workflows, and keeping detailed records of equipment service history.
What You'll Do
- Manage the scheduling of medical equipment repair appointments, coordinating between technicians and equipment users
- Handle daily administrative duties including documentation, record management, and data entry
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment status, repair timelines, and service availability
- Maintain organized files and logs for all equipment maintenance and repair activities
- Support the coordination of repair priorities and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external service providers
What We're Looking For
