Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA)/Grants Contract Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is hiring a full-time Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA)/Grants Contract Specialist to join its team in Crystal, Arlington County, supporting a critical federal law enforcement mission.

About the Role

In this position, you will work directly in support of the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Prisoner Operations Division (POD), serving as a subject-matter resource for intergovernmental agreements and grants contracting. You will play a central role in maintaining compliant, efficient agreement vehicles that underpin USMS operational capabilities across the country.

What You'll Do

• Process both new and renewal Intergovernmental Agreements, managing the full lifecycle from initiation through execution and closeout
• Deliver analytical support to evaluate, document, and justify IGA actions and funding decisions
• Review agreement terms for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with federal policy requirements
• Coordinate with federal agency stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, obtain approvals, and advance agreement milestones
• Maintain organized records of active and archived IGAs and grants instruments in accordance with federal records management standards
• Prepare briefings, status reports, and written assessments for government program and contracting personnel
• Monitor grant award performance, expenditure tracking, and period-of-performance compliance
• Support audits and program reviews by supplying accurate, well-organized documentation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience administering Intergovernmental Agreements, grants, or cooperative agreements in a federal environment
• Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition and grants regulations, including applicable OMB circulars and the FAR
• Ability to perform detailed contract analysis and produce clear, well-reasoned written justifications
• Experience supporting Department of Justice components or other federal law enforcement agencies is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple agreement actions simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Proficiency with federal contract and grants management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior government personnel
• Active federal security clearance or the ability to obtain one
