• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical products
• Conduct market research to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends
• Innovate and experiment with new design techniques and technologies

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• A passion for research-driven design and an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments
