Role Overview

The Brand Director at Bloomon will lead brand strategy and management, focusing on shifting UK perception from a flower company to a full gifting destination. This role also involves building brand awareness in Germany as we grow into a major market player.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape the overall brand strategy for Bloom & Wild
• Leverage insights from Creative, Performance Marketing, Range, and Customer Insight teams to inform brand positioning
• Develop and execute plans to enhance UK and German market presence
• Lead a team of brand specialists to ensure cohesive and effective brand communication

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand strategy, management, and leadership within the consumer goods or gifting industry
• A deep understanding of B Corp™ values and sustainability practices
• Experience in driving brand growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
