Position Summary
The Lead DevSecOps Engineer at Bloomon will be responsible for leading and implementing security practices across our cloud infrastructure and development processes. This role requires a strong background in DevSecOps principles and experience with AWS (Fargate/ECS), GCP, Ruby on Rails, Angular, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Datadog.
Core Duties
- Leverage cloud-native security practices to ensure the safety of our applications and infrastructure in both AWS and GCP environments.
- Implement and maintain secure development lifecycle (SDLC) processes across all teams.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and security teams to integrate security into every phase of the software development process.
- Monitor and improve our security posture using tools like Datadog for real-time monitoring and threat detection.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role in a high-scale environment.
- A strong understanding of cloud-native security practices, including AWS (Fargate/ECS) and GCP.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Angular, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Datadog.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
