About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic at JP Euro, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing BMW vehicles with precision and expertise. You'll handle complex mechanical and electrical issues, leverage advanced diagnostic equipment, and set the standard for technical excellence across our service department. This role combines hands-on technical work with potential leadership of junior technicians and apprentices.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW models using state-of-the-art tools and software
- Execute routine maintenance, engine overhauls, transmission work, and electrical system repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues
- Maintain meticulous service records and documentation
- Consult directly with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs
- Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians
- Ensure all work meets BMW manufacturer specifications and industry standards
