Coastal Talent Solutions seeks a General Superintendent for commercial roofing to lead field operations across the Southeast. Based near Johns Creek in Fulton County, this full-time position offers hands-on oversight of large-scale commercial and industrial roofing projects with regular travel throughout the region.
About the Role
As General Superintendent – Commercial Roofing, you'll direct all aspects of field execution for complex commercial and industrial roofing installations. Based near Atlanta with responsibility for Southeast travel, you'll combine strategic oversight with direct leadership to deliver high-quality roofing systems on time and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Direct all field operations, crew coordination, and workflow on active commercial roofing projects
- Manage project schedules, labor deployment, and resource utilization to meet production targets
- Enforce quality standards and safety compliance across all job sites
- Lead, develop, and hold field teams accountable for performance and worksite safety
- Travel throughout the Southeast region to oversee multiple active project locations
- Coordinate with project management, clients, and estimators on progress, issues, and closeouts
- Monitor equipment operation, material availability, and crew productivity
What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience as a General Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role in commercial roofing
- Solid expertise in commercial and industrial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Proven track record managing field teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Southeast
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
