What This Role Involves
The role involves handling a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to labor disputes, compliance with federal and state employment laws, and providing strategic legal advice to clients. The successful candidate will be expected to manage litigation cases on the management side, conduct investigations, draft policies and agreements, and provide training sessions for employees.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an attorney who has at least three to five years of experience in employment law, with a strong emphasis on litigation. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida and have prior experience handling employment litigation cases from the management side. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to work independently are essential.
