About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Audi Master Guild Technician to join our team. You'll diagnose and repair complex Audi vehicles, lead technical projects, and mentor our developing technicians. This role offers the professional challenge and growth opportunity that comes with working at a shop that specializes in European and exotic vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles using OEM diagnostic protocols and advanced equipment
- Perform major mechanical, electrical, transmission, and suspension repairs
- Lead complex diagnostic procedures and verify all work meets factory standards
- Train and support junior technicians on Audi repair techniques
- Document all service work accurately for warranty and compliance
- Stay informed on Audi technical bulletins and industry updates
What We're Looking For
- Active Audi Master Guild certification or equivalent advanced Audi technician credential
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Audi vehicles
- Deep knowledge of engine management, transmissions, electrical, and suspension systems
- Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic scan tools
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
- Dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
