About the Role
As Branch Manager of the Kukui Grove Branch Office, you will own the day-to-day success of one of Gather Federal Credit Union's Lihue locations. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will guide a service-driven team, safeguard operational efficiency, and ensure every member interaction reflects the credit union's commitment to the Kauai community. This is an exempt, full-time position with standard weekday business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall performance, productivity, and operational health of the Kukui Grove branch.
- Champion outstanding member service and cultivate lasting relationships across the local membership.
- Ensure full compliance with credit union policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coach, develop, and support branch staff to meet service and operational goals.
- Oversee daily branch activities, resolve escalated member concerns, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within a branch, retail, or financial services setting.
- Strong working knowledge of credit union or banking operations, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and member-relations skills.
- Ability to balance operational priorities while keeping member experience at the center.
- Availability to work on-site in Lihue, Kauai, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
