What This Role Involves

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join a well-established building and maintenance contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishment programmes to occupied social housing properties across North Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham. The role involves working with a busy team to ensure high-quality kitchen replacements in various locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Install new kitchens in occupied social housing properties
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Work closely with other tradespeople to coordinate tasks effectively
• Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines for kitchen refurbishments
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients as required

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the building and maintenance industry
• Demonstrable skills in kitchen installation, including plumbing and electrical work if applicable
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and colleagues
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
