In this role you will both oversee and take part in the complete scope of court clerical and customer service operations for a division within the Circuit, District, Family, Land/Tax Appeal, or Appellate Courts. It is a hands-on leadership job that blends staff direction with the day-to-day handling of court documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily work of a court clerical and customer service team within an assigned court division.
• Participate directly in the preparation, processing, and ongoing maintenance of court records.
• Ensure court documents are handled accurately and consistently across the full variety of clerical functions.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and members of the public.
• Support the smooth operation of a division within the Circuit, District, Family, Land/Tax Appeal, or Appellate Courts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in court clerical, records, or comparable administrative work.
