About the Role

As a full-time Guest Room Attendant at Paragon Tropicana Inc, you'll be the backbone of our housekeeping operation, responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms that exceed our guests' expectations. You'll handle approximately 13 guest rooms per shift, ensuring each space is impeccably clean, fully stocked, and ready for arrival.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare 13 guest rooms per shift according to company standards and timelines
• Change bed linens and make beds with precision and care
• Deep clean all bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and sweep floors throughout guest rooms
• Dust and organize furniture, fixtures, and guest room amenities
• Stock and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and guest supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and respond to guest requests promptly

• Ability to work efficiently within scheduled shift times
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation to Winchester, Clark County
• Willingness to follow housekeeping protocols and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or guest services (preferred)
