Participate directly in the preparation, processing, and ongoing maintenance of court records. Ensure court documents are handled accurately and consistently across the full variety of clerical functions. Deliver responsive, professional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and members of the public. Support the smooth operation of a division within the Circuit, District, Family, Land/Tax Appeal, or Appellate Courts. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in court clerical, records, or comparable administrative work. Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate the workflow of a clerical team. Strong attention to detail in preparing, processing, and maintaining official records. Excellent customer service and communication skills suited to a busy public-facing court environment. Availability to work full-time on-site in Honolulu, Oahu.
