What You'll Do

  • Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, iPads, copiers, printers, video teleconferencing equipment, scanners, desk phones, and headsets.
  • Configure, install, and maintain network systems using standard protocols and capabilities.
