What You'll Do
- Perform IT support tasks by delivering timely and accurate assistance to end users across all designated support channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, iPads, copiers, printers, video teleconferencing equipment, scanners, desk phones, and headsets.
- Configure, install, and maintain network systems using standard protocols and capabilities.
What You Bring
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience with network systems is preferred. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential. This position is full-time and on-site in Syracuse, New York.
