Arista Networks seeks a Supply Chain Manager based in India to join our operations team on a full-time basis. In this position, you'll orchestrate supply chain strategy and execution across a global manufacturing ecosystem, working with partners spanning three continents.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager drives continuity of material flow, controls procurement costs, and leads operational improvements across our supply chain network. You'll coordinate between our Contract Manufacturing partners, Original Design Manufacturers, Direct Fulfillment centers, internal Global Supplier Management teams, and New Product Introduction groups. Your focus will be on seamless execution, strategic component allocation, and partnership development with both internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners to support Arista's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute purchase order management, coordinate shipment tracking, and expedite deliveries to maintain scheduled builds.
  • Establish key performance indicators with manufacturing partners to track accountability and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Align stakeholders across manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure build plans remain on schedule and resource-constrained.
  • Lead problem-solving on material constraints and supply issues by working with manufacturers, component suppliers, and Global Supplier Management to identify root causes and execute corrective actions.
  • Manage allocation of constrained components to optimize revenue impact, safeguard performance metrics, and minimize customer escalations.
  • Balance cost efficiency with quality and on-time delivery priorities in all procurement decisions.
  • Direct Excess and Obsolete inventory activities, recommend mitigation strategies to leadership, and manage financial exposure.
  • Contribute to period-end activities including physical inventories and cycle counts, which may occasionally require availability outside standard business hours.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain operations experience within high-technology manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in material management and component procurement planning.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.
  • Comfort working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities, particularly with Excel and large-scale datasets.
  • Ability to thrive as part of a globally distributed team spanning Asia, North America, and Europe across multiple time zones, with occasional flexibility to accommodate international business hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% annually for supplier management, partner engagement, and operational oversight.
