About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Producer with the Garcia-Hitt Agency, you will help individuals, families, and businesses across Windsor and the surrounding Weld County community safeguard what matters most. This full-time, hybrid position blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, giving you the structure of a supportive team and the freedom to manage relationships on your terms. You will guide clients toward the right Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance solutions to protect their loved ones and their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present tailored Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance coverage to prospective and existing clients.
- Build lasting relationships that protect clients and their assets while supporting their long-term goals.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up while nurturing your pipeline.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to ensure clients feel confident in their coverage decisions.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving Windsor-based agency.
