About the Role
As a Multimedia Motion Designer at Korn Ferry, you'll join an expanding multimedia team and help shape how the organization communicates through animation and visual media. We're looking for a genuinely inventive, business-savvy designer who thinks in narratives and can translate dense or abstract material into engaging multimedia that resonates. This is a central creative position, based in Los Angeles, for someone eager to push their potential further.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce original motion graphics and multimedia content that supports clear, persuasive storytelling.
- Convert complex ideas and information into visually compelling animations and assets.
- Collaborate closely with the multimedia team to bring creative concepts from brief to finished piece.
- Apply commercial thinking to ensure visual work aligns with broader communication goals.
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong storytelling instincts and a real passion for visual communication.
- Proven creativity paired with a commercially minded approach to design.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and reframe complex subject matter as engaging multimedia.
- Experience producing motion design or multimedia content within a collaborative team setting.
- Availability to work on-site in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County (this is not a remote position).
