About the Role
As an Industries Plant Supervisor with the State of South Carolina, you will direct an industry program inside a correctional environment, overseeing a manufacturing operation that may run across multiple shifts. Reporting under general supervision, you will balance productivity goals with the program's mission of equipping incarcerated individuals with practical, marketable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day efficiency of an industry program within a correctional setting, supporting a potential multishift schedule.
