About the Role
We are seeking an early-career lawyer to join our expanding Legal and Compliance team in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As In-House Counsel, you will support the business on a range of legal and contractual matters, including reviewing and negotiating trading and commercial agreements, conducting legal research, and advising internal stakeholders across trading, operations, and finance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate trading and commercial agreements
- Conduct legal research to support business activities
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on legal matters related to trading, operations, and finance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support the development of policies and procedures for the Legal and Compliance team
Who We're Looking For
- Early-career lawyer with a strong academic background in law
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
