IIC Therapist LPC & LCSW – Supervision Offered

Progressive Option Support Services is seeking an IIC Therapist with LPC and LCSW credentials to join our team in Union, Union County. This part-time position offers the opportunity to provide clinical supervision and direct therapeutic services to adults, children, and families across our New Jersey locations.

About This Position

This role bridges individual therapy and community-based clinical leadership. You'll deliver Integrated In-Community (IIC) services to clients experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges while providing clinical supervision to licensed social workers and licensed associate counselors. We actively seek Spanish-speaking professionals to expand our capacity to serve our community. Your clinical expertise will help shape treatment approaches across our multi-specialty practice in Union County, Linden, Elizabeth, and Plainfield.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Integrated In-Community therapy to individuals and families managing emotional and behavioral health concerns
• Supervise licensed social workers and licensed associate counselors, providing guidance on clinical assessment and treatment decisions
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Document all clinical contacts and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with state regulations
• Coordinate care within our multi-specialty team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered services
• Travel to serve clients across Union County locations as assigned

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey license as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience with Integrated In-Community therapy models or demonstrated readiness to quickly master this approach
• Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians
• Proficiency conducting assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Bilingual Spanish-English ability strongly preferred
• Active professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage through the organization
• Reliable transportation to multiple Union County service locations
