Spectrum Comm Inc is hiring a Lean Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt at our Fort Belvoir location in Fairfax County to lead enterprise-wide process improvement and operational excellence. This is a full-time position for a senior continuous improvement leader ready to transform how the organization executes.

About the Role

As our Master Black Belt, you will champion Lean Six Sigma transformation across the company, designing and executing improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance, product quality, and customer value delivery. You'll define continuous improvement strategy, oversee high-impact projects, and build capability across the organization by training, certifying, and supporting teams at all Black Belt and Green Belt levels.

What You'll Do

  • Spearhead process optimization and quality enhancement programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks to reduce waste, variability, and cycle time across functions
  • Mentor and guide Black Belts and Green Belts through project execution and problem-solving methodologies
  • Develop training curriculum and lead certification programs to embed Lean Six Sigma discipline
  • Analyze complex operational challenges and design data-driven solutions
  • Track and communicate improvement impact on efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Current Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification (or equivalent credential)
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and improvement tools
  • Demonstrated coaching ability and experience developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across organizational levels
