We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. At Arctic Air, Inc., we’re committed to delivering maximum value to our customers by providing reliable, high-quality HVAC service solutions to commercial clients.
<h2-Core Duties- Coordinate and manage service appointments for technicians
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with both internal team members and external clients
- Process service requests and maintain detailed records of all activities
- Support the sales team in pre-appointment customer interactions
- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, invoicing, and reporting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is preferred but not required
- A proven track record of customer satisfaction in a service-oriented role
