Core Duties

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system failures
• Install and replace HVAC components and systems
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during all work
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or a related field
• Familiarity with various HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ability to read blueprints and understand electrical diagrams
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
• Punctuality and reliability in meeting service appointments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites
