Position Summary

The HR Operations and Administration Executive at LingoAce will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, administering leave and attendance management, and supporting monthly payroll operations. This role is full-time and based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide).

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts and onboarding packs, coordinate system access and IT equipment, process final pay inputs, revoke access, and issue certificates of employment
• Administer leave and attendance management: maintain leave records, process applications, and reconcile monthly attendance reports
• Support monthly payroll operations

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong administrative background with experience in HR operations. Knowledge of HRIS systems is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are required.
