About This Position
As a Home Health Aide with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll work on a flexible, part-time schedule providing direct personal and medical support to our clients in their homes throughout the Palm Bay area. This is a per diem position that values your ability to adapt to client needs while maintaining our high standards of professional care. You'll be part of a caregiving team that emphasizes compassion, reliability, and genuine connection with every individual you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility and transfer assistance using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or wellbeing to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in client homes
- Document care provided and maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients, families, and care team members
What You Bring
- Current CPR certification
- Level 2 background fingerprints clearance through AHCA

- Strong attention to detail and reliable, punctual presence
