What You'll Do

- Develop customized service proposals tailored to healthcare facility needs and operational requirements
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align with client objectives and company profitability
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and account performance using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Attend industry events and build networks within Puerto Rico's healthcare landscape
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in healthcare sales, medical device sales, or related B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of laboratory services, pathology, or clinical diagnostics sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
