About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced EEG Tech to support our clinical operations in the Anchorage, AK area. Working on a day shift schedule (three 12-hour days per week), you'll deliver essential electroencephalography services beginning August 3, 2026. This travel assignment is ideal for healthcare professionals seeking flexible, short-term contract work with industry-competitive pay.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain electroencephalography equipment with precision and attention to technical specifications
- Position electrodes and sensors according to established protocols to capture accurate brain activity data
- Monitor patients during EEG procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout testing
- Record and document findings with thorough accuracy, maintaining complete patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnostic and therapeutic objectives
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current EEG Technician certification or equivalent clinical credential
- Hands-on experience operating EEG equipment in a clinical or hospital environment
- Strong patient care skills and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clinical teams
- Flexibility to work the assigned 3-day, 12-hour day shift schedule
