About the Role
As a Talent Associate for Health & Beauty at Walmart, you'll play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members in one of our highest-traffic departments. You'll partner with store leadership to identify staffing needs, manage hiring processes, and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Health & Beauty department positions
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation, training setup, and compliance documentation
- Support scheduling and workforce planning to meet seasonal demand and store objectives
- Build positive relationships with department associates and identify development opportunities
- Partner with store management to understand hiring timelines and team composition needs
- Track hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and retention data to improve talent pipeline
- Help new team members understand company culture, expectations, and career pathways at Walmart
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
