About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the store, delivering outstanding customer service while keeping our shelves stocked and our store environment inviting. You'll operate our POS system to process transactions, manage inventory, and help customers find what they need in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance with their purchases
• Stock, merchandise, and organize product displays throughout the store
• Operate the point-of-sale system to ring up transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and report on product availability
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of sales floors, shelves, and stockroom areas
• Process returns and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Comply with store policies and company standards in all work activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (or current pursuit of a GED)
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift regularly throughout your shift
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to the Mount Ayr location
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and supporting your team
