About This Position
This role is pivotal in an upcoming acquisition within our portfolio, currently in progress. You'll join early to modernize and shape a new product's technical foundation from day one. saas.group, established in 2017, specializes in acquiring small software ventures and transforming them into industry leaders. Our dynamic, fully remote team of nearly 350+ colleagues spans 50+ countries, making us truly global innovators in SaaS.
Core Duties
- Lead the product roadmap and direct a dedicated engineering/QA team
- Stay close to customers daily and use AI tooling aggressively for growth
- Work alongside the managing partner and shared sales/marketing resources
- Immerse in the product, support tickets, and customer calls initially
- Take over day-to-day direction of the engineering/QA team and the agile process
What You Bring
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in leading product development and growth. You should have experience in managing small teams, deep knowledge of SaaS products, and a passion for innovation. A strong understanding of AI tools and their application in driving growth is essential.
