Position Summary

The Head of Primary position at Mercy College in Perth CBD is a part-time ongoing role. This position requires a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee the primary school division.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic, pastoral, and administrative functions of the primary school division
• Develop and implement educational programs that align with Catholic Education Western Australia's curriculum standards
• Evaluate teaching methods and student progress to ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes
• Manage staff performance and professional development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation

• A proven track record as a Head of Primary or similar position
• Demonstrated experience in leading primary school divisions within an educational setting
