Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide children through the Montessori curriculum with passion and dedication.
• Create a nurturing environment that fosters independence and curiosity in young learners.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles to ensure educational excellence.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Monitor children’s progress, provide feedback, and report on their development to parents and guardians.

Qualifications

• Montessori Primary certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education settings.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans that align with Montessori principles.
