Role Overview

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead the school community of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Blackall. The current enrolment stands at approximately 66 students. As Principal, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a vibrant educational environment that upholds the values and mission of the Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton.

Core Duties

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the school’s vision, mission, and goals are effectively communicated and achieved.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning by supporting staff in their professional development and classroom management.
• Engage with the broader community through partnerships that enhance educational outcomes for students.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
