The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Capability to lead our organisation-wide learning, leadership, and workforce capability agenda. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our people and leaders are equipped to deliver exceptional care and meaningful ageing experiences for our residents. As a high-impact senior leadership position within our People & Culture function, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aged care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members across the organisation
• Lead the development and delivery of leadership programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure alignment between organisational goals and individual capabilities, driving performance and excellence in care delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

What You Bring

• A proven track record in senior leadership roles within a healthcare or related field, with experience in developing and implementing learning and capability programs
• Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change through effective training and development initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
• A deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership programs that impact organisational culture and performance
