Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Middle School Day House
• Develop and implement policies and programs that support student wellbeing and development
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
• Provide academic and pastoral guidance to students in a supportive manner
• Facilitate communication between the school and the wider community
• Manage the House team effectively to achieve common goals

Requirements

• A proven track record of leadership in an educational setting, particularly with middle school students
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in pastoral care and student welfare programs
• Commitment to the values of Geelong Grammar School: wellbeing, adventure, creativity, and academic rigour
• A relevant tertiary qualification in education or a related field is highly desirable
