About the Role
As a Handyperson at Plaza Del Norte in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, you will be the go-to professional for general building maintenance and everyday repairs. Working across basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and general upkeep tasks, you'll ensure the property stays in top condition while responding to service requests promptly, efficiently, and with safety always front of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility, including basic electrical work.
- Address plumbing issues and complete light plumbing fixes as needed.
- Handle painting and touch-up jobs to keep interior and exterior areas looking their best.
- Respond to maintenance and service requests in a timely, organized manner.
- Keep the property and its installations operating in optimal, safe working order.
