School Lead Cleaner

ABM is hiring an experienced School Lead Cleaner for our Bruceton, Carroll County facility. In this full-time supervisory role, you'll oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations, lead a facilities team, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety to support the school environment.

About This Position

As a School Lead Cleaner with ABM, you are a key member of our facilities management team. You'll assume responsibility for facility operations at your assigned school location, ensuring all activities comply with established guidelines and best practices. When management is off-site, you serve as the on-site leader, making decisions that keep the facility running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and direct daily cleaning and custodial tasks across the school facility
• Assign and delegate work to team members based on priorities and schedules
• Monitor quality standards and provide real-time feedback to ensure exceptional results
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and address safety concerns
• Report on operational status and raise issues to management
• Model and enforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
