The Hairdresser role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a weekly commitment of 38 hours and an annual package of $63,000 plus superannuation. Positioned in Roebuck, Broome, the opportunity sits within a thriving hairdressing and barbering operation that also functions as Broome’s inaugural natural organic hair and beauty salon. The successful candidate will hold ANZSCO 391111 status and integrate quickly into a well-established, energetic team covering both traditional and contemporary client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise cutting, colouring, styling and finishing techniques tailored to each client
• Provide barbering services including fades, beard work and classic men’s grooming
• Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable looks and natural product options
• Maintain rigorous hygiene, workstation organisation and salon presentation standards
• Apply and retailer-preferred organic and natural treatments where they enhance results
• Keep pace with current hair fashion, technical advances and client feedback
• Support the overall smooth daily flow of appointments and team collaboration

What You Bring

• Formal qualification as a Hairdresser recognised under ANZSCO 391111
• Solid hands-on experience delivering high-quality hairdressing outcomes
