About the Role

As a Grain Production Worker, you'll be part of our local grain supply operations, managing grain receipt, storage monitoring, and distribution preparation. This full-time seasonal position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor grain handling equipment and storage systems
• Perform quality assessments on stored grain using visual and procedural methods
• Support loading and unloading of grain shipments
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, weights, and product condition
• Execute all safety protocols and maintain clean, safe work environments
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements
• Adapt to flexible work schedules based on operational needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Physical capability for manual labor, including lifting and outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
• Dedication to workplace safety and ability to follow established procedures
• Accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Prior experience in agriculture or production environments is beneficial
