What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care to post-operative and surgical patients under RN supervision and mentorship
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and communicate changes to the nursing team
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other postoperative nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in unit orientation and graduate nurse onboarding programs
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania or eligible for reciprocal licensure
- Recent nursing school graduate or recently licensed registered nurse
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in clinical settings
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced surgical care environment
- Willingness to work varied shift schedules as operational needs require
