About the Role
As a Vice President leading real estate program management, you will direct significant capital initiatives within our Global Real Estate organization. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on program delivery, managing complex projects spanning our international footprint of 5,500 properties across 60 countries, representing approximately 75 million square feet. You will work with a dedicated team of 400 real estate professionals to execute and optimize our annual portfolio of 13,000+ capital projects, representing nearly $2 billion in design, construction, and capital investment annually.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and lead multiple large-scale real estate capital projects and initiatives across regions
- Develop program strategy aligned with business priorities and corporate real estate objectives
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex construction and design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, finance, and operations
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across senior leadership and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, program management, construction, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects and teams
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
- Knowledge of capital project delivery, design, and construction best practices
