Role Overview

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time LPN or RN to join our team at the Walworth County Jail. This position offers 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. The night shift environment requires critical thinking, confidence, and a steady presence for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a secure setting
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately
• Perform routine medical procedures under supervision
• Support the nursing staff during emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification required
• Experience working in a correctional facility is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including every other weekend
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
