Front of House Floor Manager

Join Nexus Brewery + Restaurant as a Front of House Floor Manager in Alameda, Bernalillo County, and lead an exceptional dining and hospitality experience for our guests. We're seeking a skilled, customer-focused leader ready to drive operational excellence across our brewery and restaurant throughout your 35–40 hour full-time schedule.

About the Role

As Front of House Floor Manager at Nexus Brewery + Restaurant, you'll oversee all aspects of guest service and dining room operations. Reporting to our General Manager, you'll be the face of our hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to quality and warmth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during assigned shifts, maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
• Greet guests with professionalism and confidence, manage seating, and coordinate dining room flow
• Train and mentor FOH team members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and brewery offerings
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues with composure and creative problem-solving
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor staffing needs and support scheduling to ensure full coverage

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing front-of-house teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and handling cash/payment transactions
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of brewery, craft beverage, or restaurant concepts is valued
