About the Role
As a Foreclosure Paralegal, you'll be the operational backbone of our client's foreclosure department. Your work will span document preparation, case file coordination, and client communication—all essential to moving foreclosure matters through the legal process efficiently. You'll manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, filings are accurate, and our law client's foreclosure workload stays organized and on track.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and organize foreclosure-related legal documents and case files

- Maintain clear communication with clients and court personnel regarding case status and required actions
- Manage case timelines, deadlines, and filing requirements under foreclosure law
