The Opportunity
A largest Global Ground Handling Company at Auckland International Airport is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Flight Operations Support Agents. This role is crucial in ensuring that aircraft are safely and efficiently prepared for their next flight by coordinating turnaround processes and liaising with various departments.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate aircraft turnaround processes, including pre-landing and post-landing activities.
- Liaise effectively with ground handling teams, pilots, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of flight operations and support documentation.
- Assist in the resolution of any issues that may arise during aircraft turnaround processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or within an airport environment is advantageous.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with aviation terminology and procedures.
