About This Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Centralised Monitoring and Support Agent (CMS Agent) at our Auckland office in Newmarket. Reporting directly to the NZ Contact Centre Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CCTV security systems and providing exceptional customer support.

What You'll Do

• Monitor CCTV systems for security breaches and report incidents promptly.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Provide first-class customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and security protocols preferred.
